“Awful. The item I received was nothing like was advertised on their website. The look and size was totally different. I had contacted support and they agreed to send me a replacement seeing as the item I received was wrong. The replacement that showed up was somehow even WORSE than what I had originally gotten. Practically the size of my hand so, unusable. I sent them another email last week asking for a refund and as of now, I have yet to hear back. Save your money and shop elsewhere.”
