“My package has been held at customs for over a week now. This has never happened before. Normally if it goes through customs it’s there for a day tops. There is absolutely no movement and I am becoming worried and impatient. There has to be a way to get this moving.”

It usually takes 2-3 days, but can sometimes take up to 14 days if there is a delay at customs, so you may experience a delay in receiving your items.
