“Great price on a good quality product. Delivery was a bit slower than I would have liked, but they on;y deliver in my area on certain days, and - sod's law - I ordered a day too late haha. Fitter was quick, polite and efficient”

“Although the dish washer I originally ordered was no longer available and the updated model was more expensive, Buywise offered to let me have it for the same price when I phoned to cancel the order as I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Delivery was on time and old appliance was taken away as I paid for.”

“The service we got was excellent. The old machine was removed, the new one was checked in situ and was working well. Many thanks to Wayne and his colleague for a hassle free installation. We would, and have , recommended your company to others, both recently and in the past - when we had a range cooker and a fridge and freezer from you (about 4 years ago at our previous house).”

“In response to my question, customer service advised that the delivery personnel would 'lift' into position the integrated refrigerator I had ordered since I had paid for two person delivery. In the event, the delivery personnel had no record of this request and were reluctant to comply. They did so only after some gentle persuasion. On the day before the promised delivery date, I was provided with a 2 hour window of '12 to 2', however I received a phone call from the delivery personnel st 10 on the morning of delivery stating that they would arrive within the hour, one hour ahead of the proposed delivery time causing some inconvenience.”

“i had an issue with some damage on the machine in transit. i worked with the buy wise team and the manufacturer to get a good resolution. the buy wise team dealt with t in a very professional manor and made sure i was happy at each part of dealing with the issue.”

“I was very uninpressed by the way buywise deliberately stalled me with lies so that I had to pay the courirer fees to return a product that was not fit for purpose. Any future customers that wish to take a chance, return goods immediately and then argue the point. I suggest use a reputable and honest company instead.”

“Thank you so much for all your help in store when buying our washing machine and then when fitting our appliance. We were given professional advice about the appliances and given plenty of time to look around and think. We were told about the differences in the two washing machines we were looking at and given great advice on which would fit under our kitchen counter the best. When delivered it was a bigger job than first thought fitting the new appliance as other appliances needed to be moved to fit pipes behind. The washing machine was fitted in a professional manner and any accidental spillages of left over water in pipes were cleaned up straight away. Before leaving both the washing machine and other appliances were checked that they wouldn't leak and worked correctly. Thank you for this great all round service”
