“Last week I only needed ine item collecting from Nottingham & delivering to Leicester but no one contacted me back at all 'Nothing' so I made alternative arrangements.”

“I found the website experience to be very poor. I was only able to login once. Then every time I tried to login it would take me to an error page. Now it won't even let me login!! It's exsasperating. Really, really poor UX and backend systems!!!!!!! Won't be using again.”

“Useful selection tool to obtain better quotes, but bit of a pain that the Back button takes you back to the main list and not relevant room. Otherwise, very good”

“The site was slow to load and some graphics don not load at all - to continue from page to page I clicked where a thought the forward would be!!!”

“when we first joined buzzmove in the first 2 weeks we got 2 decent jobs but must admit of late since the revamp of the buzzmove platform we are getting a few leads but once we get back to them they don't contact us to complete the job ? or they say they were just messing around with the buzzmove platform site ? I realy do hope to continue with buzzmove but as of late all we have had is people just messing around with the buzzmove platform ? and we / bedrock removals getting warm leads that do not follow through into paying jobs wish you well regards brian bedrock removals”

“difficult to use, non intuitive interfaces, unclear responses from companies. overall it was just a bit more hassle that it was worth - a fresh google search did the job quicker and better. sorry! nice graphics and good idea though, just maybe needs work.”

“I was looking for the impossible and Buzzmove gave me a firm of removers who seem more than adequate for the job of moving me. Instead of my having to list ALL my items, a surveyor came and reviewed all my property, then later on I received an email with the cost. So, I don't need to pack, transport myself, nor unpack at the new property!!! All done for me at a decent price so that's Tops for me! Having just been up to Debenham and had a good look around all I have now to do is find a new bungalow and sell my current apartment. You know, the hard stuff! Thank you very much.”

“Was extremely easy to get a quote for my removal and then I was able to talk directly with the company! Didn't take long at all, did exactly what I needed and will definitely use again if I need to move anything!”

“Buzzmove was a slick, easy-to-use website. It was quick and simple to request a quote, and I had no trouble finding a range of options to move my belongings. I hadn't realised that I would mainly receive quotes from full removal companies rather than individuals with vans. The quotes I received were more comprehensive, and therefore expensive, than I was really looking for. That said, this wasn't really the fault of Buzzmove.”
