“I ordered on 9/2/21 and I still have not received my order. Customer service has not resolved anything so far. They have the same information UPS has. Better customer service would have been that I would have received a replacement ASAP.”

“The delivery service was perfect. Kept me informed when the package was coming, where it currently was, and when it arrived. As for the product (I chose the sidekick), I wish the little pockets for the guards were a tad bigger. Seems like the sharper parts of the guards will rip the netting that holds it.”
