I received my bag a few days ago and it came covered in dents and scratches, I reached out to you guys by email with photos and never received an answer.

I ordered on 9/2/21 and I still have not received my order. Customer service has not resolved anything so far. They have the same information UPS has. Better customer service would have been that I would have received a replacement ASAP.

Game changing product. All you need to carry could be placed in the bag. Nothing more important that looking professional and be prepared for anything. Worth it 1000000 percent.

This bag does not last, we wrote to you several times, but never got any reply from your SAV. After a few months it gets torn, and it’s usable anymore. The is much too expensive for such poor quality.
