“Purchased a Snuz cot on 25 March last. Was damaged in transit. Replacement part delivered first week of April, some of the fittings missing. To date due to gross inefficiency on part of supplier (incorrect documenation for customs)we are still waiting for parts . Possibly we will get them in another 5 working days. In the meantime we have e no cot.”

The only reason I won t give 5 stars is because it took a month to receive my order.
Apparently, the black frame wasn t in stock, fact if which i wasn t aware when i did the purchase. Normally when something is not available, it is shown when you place the order. Customer service was very good. Despite of the fact that on the website says couple days till you receive the order( can t remember now how many honestly but up to a week or two max is the usual. I have waited a month) everything was according to the description.
After I have placed the order somebody from customer service called to tell me the black frame isn t available so I have to wait more for it to come.
They also replied very fast to my emails.
One more error on the website was the following : when i picked my colours, appeared 3 more products that i was supposed to get for free, I still have screenshoots from the order so I can try to add them here. I was called to say that, that was an error again.
Overall, products were as described, customer service okay, time to delivery pretty long.
Advice, u should update your website a bit.”
“I’m ten days old, but on my arrival home from a Brussels hospital, a very comfortable and supportive trip trap high chair was awaiting me at the dining table. It had arrived very quickly from Dublin, as a result of the efficient help of Sarah in the bygge bo Sandyford store. I don’t know it yet, but equally helpfully a Baby Bjorn bouncer in matching grey cover with my high chair is winging its way to me, with a googly eye toy, to further expand vantage points of my brand new life and give my exhausted parents an exciting and safe new movable location to place me from time to time in the near future !
