I recently made two orders for which I never received any confirmation email so I had to contact your customer services. They assured me my orders had gone through and I then waited nearly three weeks for my order which when it arrived was missing an item. I then emailed again and they got to the bottom of it and said it would be with me soon it arrived today a month after my first order was placed but I’m still missing my yoyo coffee cup and again I haven’t heard anything. That order was placed on April 6th. To be honest when dealing with your customer services they are very polite and helpful but my whole experience has been abit of a mess. Missing items, long delays, no emails from you to say anything about confirmation of order shipping etc and as I said I’m still without my last bit of my order. I spent rather a lot with you but it has put me off returning to your website.

“I started coming to bygge bo a few weeks after I found out I was pregnant, as I’ve been following them on Instagram for a couple of years! I had come in a good few times before I actually bought anything and the staff couldn’t be nicer! There is always someone there to answer any questions and they were so informative on each of the products we were getting. I chose bygge bo for most of my baby list because of the customer care and how helpful they are and everything in the shop is so gorgeous. I’m so looking forward to continuing shopping with them. As every time I’m in is such an exciting and special experience. Can’t thank them enough x”

“Dear Byggebo-Team, thank you for the speedy processing of our order. Your service has been excellent. However, the problem for us is that the parts we ordered are not compatible with our Tripp Trapp Stokke chair. It seems we have an old model that we purchased in the 1990s. We were optimistic that we'd be able to use it now with our grandchild, but unfortunately the accessories we ordered don't fit so that we need to return the items. Best wishes, Manfred Schewe”
“I had such a lovely experience with the team whether in person or on the phone - all staff are so so lovely and knowledgeable - so I really was happy with that!
Unfortunately as you know we had significant delays with our babyzen bundle order. I completely know and understand that it was a babyzen issue and this was very frustrating for your team also.
However, what was really disappointing was the lack of communication about what was happening. No one once called me about the delays - like not once was I called ever. I always had to call to ask what was going on. People said they'd call back on certain dates to update me and never did. It is stressful at 8 months pregnant to have to keep remembering to call and followup.
When it came to additional and quite a lot of more ordering of other baby items since these delay issues started, I was hesitant to order from bygge bo again.
If there was good communication while all these delays were happening I would have ordered through you no problem - however I ended up ordering elsewhere.
I do love the team and your range and wish you every success - I thought it is important to give this honest feedback to help this not happen with future new customers!
