“I bought a car seat and base a Stokke trip trap with accessories and a cup holder for a buggy.
I ordered them from the Dundrum store on black Friday 27th November 2022.
Lady in the store was very helpful and we were happy we got good value and advice.
The bulk of our order was delivered within a week or two, which we were happy with as the lady in the store did explain they had received quite a few orders and it was a busy time.
Two small items remaining on our order have only been delivered last week over two months after ordering.
I am not really satisfied with the extended wait time and I felt I did have to email to chase the two remaining items. They both appeared listed as "in stock" on the website over the course of the two months.”

Babyzen bassinet,arrived with missing parts,was no adapters) took extra 5 days to sort out that and get missing parts delivered to me.
I made payment 7th July,and only today 29th July Im able to use pushchair.”
“I was very happy with both products that I purchased but was very disappointed with the customer service. One product had a 3 week lead time which was kindly emailed to me. However, when nothing arrived after 3 weeks, there was no communication from customer service to update me on when I would receive this product. Each time I wanted an update, I needed to make contact. In the end, I was over 2 months waiting for delivery.”

“We visited the store and the staff were amazing. We bought numerous pieces including toys and gifts for friends.
Unfortunately our item wasn’t delivered to store when we had arrived to collect it on the day arranged(Sunday). Then we were told it would be delivered by Tuesday and we had to ring to see where it was. It finally delivered on the Thursday. The box was open when it arrived but thankfully no damage or parts missing. I absolutely love the crib we bought (LEANDER

“I ordered 3 uppababy items and I didnt hear from them for over 2 weeks. I had to email them to see what's going on with my order. Once i emailed them, they filled and sent my order right away. Had I not emailed them, not sure if I would have received it at all lol”
“The items I ordered were delivered so fast. But, I have to wait until the machine for engravement of the backplate of stokke chair be available. And that's not sure when which I find annoying. ALSO, I have to pay for the delivery of my Stokke high chair backplate back to their office once machine is available. Another reason to be disappointed.”
“I was really happy with the shopping experience and the products I received, but it did take approx 10 days for them to be delivered. During this wait i im’d the store but no one acknowledged my query. The products i ordered were gifts and i met the people but had no gift to give!! When the products were delivered, the box was left outside, i was away for the weekend and requested with the courier company that they were sent to a pick up site , that didn’t happen and some of the products got very wet. They are still useable but if they had been packaged securely to begin with or sent sooner they wouldn’t have been wet.”

Unfortunatly due to no fault of ByggeBo the main thing in my order wasn't dispatched by the manufacturer to them which was frustrating but ByggeBo communicated the issue they were having and apologised and refunded the item that wasn't available which was so straightforward and I really appreciated the communication on the issue. I would definitely order from these guys again.”
