“I have used Cabjacks for a few projects over the last 5 years—Salon Fitouts, kitchens for a batch and now Wardrobes. I originally found them great and was happy with the price and the amount of work I had to do. They turned up in separate cupboards but handles and benchtops needed to be put on. Now when they have turned up this project it was completely flat packed. Not a thing was already together, with no instruction, drawings, or even visual design for the people assembling it. Notice of how different this was going to be from the previous time being half assembled would have been very much appreciated.”

Hi Samantha. Thank you so much for your business. We love to hear from customers like you. It's how we get better. I'm sorry that our flat-packed wardrobes took you by surprise. Unlike all of our cabinetry, which comes fully assembled our wardrobes are delivered as flat packs. This is for several reasons: 1. They are typically installed in confined spaces (closets) through smaller openings so a fully assembled solution would not be able to be installed. 2. The modular nature of our solution requires top panels and rails to be trimmed to fit your specific space requirements and hence this is also not possible until the components are installed in-situ. I am sorry that this was not clear. I will review the website and make changes so that this is made clearer. Finally instructions. You should have received an email from us following your wardrobe order with both a printable copy of wardrobe assembly instructions as well as links to the How-to videos on our website. I'm sorry if that did not arrive as it should of. I will also double-check that to ensure that it is operating as it should be. All the best Hamish

“I ordered a couple of tall cabinets and a few wall cabinets for kitchen. The overall ordering process is very easy and clear. The quality of the product is just as good as I expected and already assembled cabinets made our job so much easier. I am very happy with my new kitchen and highly recommend Cabjaks.”

“I would have rated a 5 however the website Plan Application is hopeless (and Cabjaks knows this!!) not sure why it’s not updated and made user friendly. I needed to go into the showroom to work it out with Nikita (who was amazing). After two visits to the showroom we got what we wanted.”

“Hi Please talk to Nikita as she has details of the issues. Unfortunately your QC has let you down and the replacement cabinet was still far from being acceptable. I was left disappointed and would be reluctant to order any more.”

“The product is good however followup regarding a problem with a shelf actually being accidently glued to the base if a cabinet which resulted in damage to both shelf and base, photos supplied has not resulted in a response”

“Absolutely stoked with the service and product from Cabjacks. Their room planning tool is amazing, quality of materials is great and even delivered it up 100 stairs to my house. Great turn around time too. I'd recommend using Cabjacks to anyone who wants to make their storage space look stunning for an affordable price. I used their wardrobe storage solutions not only in my wardrobe, but also in what will become a cupboard laundry. Super flexible, great result.”
