“There was some parts missing out of my order. But when i called up they managed to get the courrierd out to me in under 3 hours. I was very impressed at their service and the timely fashion they aorted the problem.”

“This was my 3rd time ordering laundry cabinetry and benches for 3 different houses over the last few years and they have all been really great experiences. I love the fact that you can easily get custom made products without having someone come out and measure, design etc.”

“Hi my suggestion is you add a lock option on cabinets and a 16mm back option too.”

We recently added a 16mm back option on to our 1 door and 2 door base cabinets, this new product can be found under 'sink back.' In regards to the lock option, we haven't found much demand for this option in our current customer base so it is not something we have looked into as of yet. Thank you again for your feedback, G.

“The ordering was easy, the communication could be better as we were not informed what time the delivery was so we were not there to take delivery but they delivered it where we wanted it & without damage, the materials were all there so overall great thanks”

In terms of the delivery communication, our team will usually call the day before to confirm that someone is going to be home to receive the delivery unless there is a sudden change in schedule. “This is my third kitchen and laundry that I have done with cabjacks, I can't be more happier with the quality service and products that the cabjacks team provides, I have used once another Auckland supplier that advertised to be the best price but the service and quality of product was terrible so I stick with the trusted and true, The team from the receptionist to the factory staff and the dispatch girls are all so helpful and obliging I can't will be using them as my fist port of call for any projects in the future.... I forgot to ment the profiency of the team my requirements has always been fulfilled well ahead of time... Thanks again Team🙏 keep up the outstanding service I am very appreciative of the skilled teams expertise from start to finish 😊”

“My second time using Cabjacks and I should have learnt my lesson from the first. I had one item missing from the order which meant I wasn't able to start the job. Therefore I lost a day's income as I'd set aside that day to complete the work. The missing item arrived 3 days later and wasn't even the correct components as ordered. I had to source the component locally to get the job done at my expense and time.”

Hi Jarred, Thank you so much for your business. We really appreciate hearing from customers like you, it’s how we improve. Occasionally, we may miss an item from an order and look to remedy this as quickly as we can. From what we understand in your case, the component was missed off during delivery by our external freight company. We were then told that they would be delivering the missing item as soon as possible and only found out after this second delivery that these panels were incorrect. Unfortunately, in this instance, it seems that communication through ourselves, the freight company and you did not go to plan, it was less than satisfactory and we are sorry. If you feel there is anything else we can do to rectify this issue, please let us know in an email to info@cabjaks.co.nz
