“I paid for next day delivery but unfortunately didn't get it next day. I phoned them up on a Friday explaining that I'd ordered it over a week ago and desperately needed the item for the Saturday and at first it was tricky to communicate as they couldn't personally track the delivery. But after a few conversations they decided to resend me the item next day so that I received it on the Saturday morning. So although it wasn't the best start, they resolved my issue. Thank you :)”
