“I had made a mistake when ordered some parade shoes and emailed explaining that i ordered the shoes in the wrong size. The team worked quick and informed me they had stopped the parcel from being dispatched and the refund was in my bank account within 3 days.”

“I ordered my RAF Officers side cap after waiting for many months for one to be available in my size. Cadet Kit Shop was the only supplier to offer this size again.
