“The size ordered was wrong and I have had extreme difficulty in getting a returns label. The "poor" rating is not for the product but for the service.”

Hello. Sorry that you had issues with getting a returns label. I'm not sure if you were sent the wrong size or if you chose to return due to it not fitting? We don't provide a pre-paid returns label for a change of mind/wrong size but we do provide full details on how to return in every box. If we made a mistake then we would of course send a prepaid returns label. “Very disappointed that although the website stated delivery on Tuesday (if ordered by a certain time) it wasn't. Customer service were of no help either. Then the courier failed to deliver on Wednesday. I appreciate that was out of your control, but it didn't help my experience shopping with you.”

Hello. I am sorry to hear about the issue with your order. Due to unprecedented numbers of orders a few of our orders were slightly delayed for which we sincerely apologise. It's always extra disappointing to hear of issues with the courier as well. I did notice that you did not select Next Day DPD Delivery but instead Royal Mail which is a 2-3 day service. However I have also refunded your postage which will be back with you soon. Thanks again for getting in touch and we hope to serve you again in future.

“Very good quality products. However, it said my order would be delivered in 3-5 working days and wasn't delivered for 10!! Despite this, i am still pleased with my order and know of someone who has purchased since.”

Hi Rosie. Thanks for your review and for your order. I am really sorry for the delay in your order. We were moving from our 100 year old building to a brand new warehouse and some stock including your boots were temporarily unavailable which caused the delay. I do apologise for this and thank you for your patience. I have refunded you £5 as a token of our thanks for your co-operation. We hope to serve you again as we are now back to Next Day Deliveries. “Ordered from your site with next day delivery and my order never showed up. I gave it two days in case it was just a delivery problem. After two days I got in touch and was told I would be refunded postage and packing and my order would be sent out straight away. A week later still no order and had to get in touch again and again was told it would be sent out straight away. It took getting in touch with the company twice before I received my order.”
