“Item was very good quality and exactly what my son was wanting..... however paid for next day delivery at 10am on Thursday but didn't receive parcel until 5pm Monday”

“Very good service with returns and changes, but I only know this due to the series of mistakes with my order. The first delivery was late and did not ship for a number of weeks. When I emailed, it was shipped immediately and arrived quickly but was the wrong item. The third attempt was around a month after my initial order. When the titles arrived, they were of a good quality. Although it was only a small order, it was an inconvenience as it meant I couldn't wear my number 2 dress for Remembrance Day or my pullover for parade nights.”

“A brilliant starter kit. Boots are a perfect fit; true to shoe size and they are of a good quality at a very reasonable price.The bonus of the socks, twisters and shoe cleaning kit, saved me a lot of trouble in having to make additional trips and cost to find those extras. A well though out package. Delivery was extremely prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this kit or company.”
