“I ordered cadet boots for my son. They arrived the next day but were to big for him. I contacted Kelly at customer services and arranged to send them back and get the correct size. It was a pleasure dealing with Kelly who kept me updated when they received the boots and the new ones were sent out. Excellent service.”

“For the reasonable price, very happy with delivery time and quite happy with the product, it came quickly with the whole polishing kit, socks and twists. Fairly stiff tongue on the boot but can’t be too disappointed as it’s only £50”

“I have to say anytime I have had to contact customer services I have had the opportunity to receive exceptional friendly helpful customer service and any issues have been dealt with instantly and in such a favourable manner. All staff have excellent knowledge of all goods available and can issue great helpful advice on purchases or returns due to sizes and issuing replacements in a timely manner”

“This item came up not only as a bargain buy, there was also a Christmas reduction as well. I wanted something larger than a thermal mug which fits the bill for longer car journeys &c. The Stanley stainless steel vacuum flasks are a brand name which has been around for over a century which are unbreakable and they do work. This one has a wide mouth which is ideal for ice cream &c on hot days. This is something which can last a lifetime and can be passed down to younger generations. I still have my two pint flask which I bought over 30 years ago.”
