“Items arrived on time. James from customer service was excellent help. Only problem is left boot couldn’t keep spur in place. Spur fell off boot on five occasions during evening. Apart from that product excellent”

“Sadly I have not been impressed by my first order from you. While the goods themselves are great, your service leaves much to be desired. Ordered next day delivery, had to chase the order after it didn’t arrive. While you did refund the postage costs, which was appreciated, I would much rather just have had my items when I asked for them and without having to chase them up.”
