“I reported a badly leaking lounge window by phone to Cairgorm Inverness on 07.10.23 and was told to email a given number. I did receive a no-reply email answer to the effect that they were busy and to not email them again because this would hold them up even more. The window in question is about 2-3 years from installation and has had 2 visits already to repair leaks. What a pity Cairngorm has spoiled a perfect record.”

“It was only one window but despite an error with the window and a cracked double glazed unit they remedied the faults without hesitation and completed the job entirely to our satisfaction.”

“Very good service from start to finish. Lots of communication. Very efficient and friendly service. No heavy sales pitch, very lovely gentleman. Windows and doors I purchased were amazing . Instalation chaps were efficient and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and Very careful within my property.”

“From inspection quotation to fitting the selected materials the system was flawless. Fitters turned up on time and tidied up afterwards with the service exactly what it said in the brochure . First class would not only use again but recommend to anyone.”

“Changed conservatory roof from polycarbonate to lightweight flat roof. Excellent service, from initial measure & quote to old roof being removed new lightweight installed, and completed inside to a very satisfactory high standard within the week, very competent, pleasant and very tidy workers. Delighted overall. This is the 2nd time we have used the Cairngorm Group & with materials and tradesmen in high demand, you will not go wrong with them for any home improvements.”

“All the tradesmen were very competent and courteous. Delays were outside of Cairngorm's control, although communication with head office could have been better. Very pleased with the final construction and quality of the conservatory.”

“We are delighted with our new patio doors and window. Work was efficiently carried out and finished in a day apart from the step and sealing off which was completed within the next week. We have been so pleased with the workmen who carried out the job and what a difference it has made to our lounge, thank you so much. Several people have asked who did the work so we have recommended you to them.”
