“I would have given 5 stars if after fitting checks were carried out for snagging, the fitting team was great, the sales were fair, and the survey person was poor. I felt the sales and survey persons were in conflict with each other leaving us feeling like piggy in the middle. We have had 1 window in the kitchen not working and would not open fully”

“Generally pleased with the new door, although there was an anxious moment when the joiners had to build up the door frame with foam and plastic because the opening was too large. The only other issue is a draught coming under the door when there is an easterly wind. It may just need a strip of silicone paste along the threshold. Would I use Cairngorm again? Yes. Your service was professional, your joiners were hard working and answered any concerns that I had, your final product looks good quality, better than Sinclair windows, who I have used in the past. You were cheaper than Norscot, who I have also used in the past. Norscot joiners did a bit of a slapdash job, with poor attention to detail and I had to get one of their workers back again to finish the job to my my satisfaction.”

“We had two doors and a complete set of windows installed over three days. The workmen were polite and quite thorough overall. A few snagging issues during the process and after completion of the installation were dealt with by the head joiner.”

“We had a conservatory built by Cairngorm Group three years ago and we found them very good. They were friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. They turned up when they said they would, dealt with a problem that emerged and finished in time. We would definitely use them again and have done in the past. The only minor niggle is with after-sales service, as we contacted them about a couple of minor issues and received no response.”

“It was a few years ago since we received double glazing from yourselves. It was a moderate cost with friendly staff. They tidied up after themselves and we have had no problems.”

“We had a sunlounge built together with replacement windows and some replacement cladding about 6 years ago. We were happy overall but had issues about how some minor scratches on windows were dealt with. Also felt that a senior member of staff should have carried out a final inspection of the project and checked that we were satisfied. I think the project cost around £50k!!”

“The cairngorm windows are excellent. Especially at a backpacker's hostel. They can be opened for fresh air, but not opened far enough to allow clients to enter the property through the window.”
