“ Nec500 lovely scenery first hotel at gairloch was fine food hot service good.However the Royal hotel thurso was a different story.Food was cold serving system was awful .Not what you need after a long days travel also no hot water in our bathroom.The driver Clive was very good and informative .Shame about the 2nd hotel . ”

“ just had a fantastic holiday at the Torbay hotel Torquay ,the whole team are to be congratulated and especially the chef who paid great attention to our dietary needs during our stay, SUPER STAR INDEED,LOVELY ROOM, VIEW,FANTASTIC TABLE SERVICE ,AND THE HOTEL WAS JUST A MAJICAL CHRISTMAS THEME THROUGHOUT,PLUS THE WARM MULLED WINE AND MINCE PIES WERE A REAL TREAT ON ARRIVAL, OUR COACH DRIVER WAS QUITE SULLEN ,AND AT TIMES QUITE RUDE TO HIS TRAVELLERS,BUT HE DID GET US ALL SAFELY THERE AND BACK,THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT FEW DAYS AWAY WITH CALEDONIAN ONCE MORE,HAPPY TRAVELLERS,, JENN AND ALAN ROBSON ”

“ Four ladies from the North East had a lovely holiday in Bournemouth during July at the beautiful sea front Royal York Hotel. We received excellent service from Mark our coach driver ensuring we had a great holiday. ”

“ Just got back from Llandudno a great break stayed at the new sorrento a lovely hotel staff very good the bus broke down on the way back home but Jim the driver pulled into a service station and rang the company and they another bus but the mechanic on the other bus fixed the problem and we were back on the in two hours a great holiday with my grandmaster she loved it we met some lovely people especially the two ladies that we sat with they were great xx ”

“ We traveled to Bournemouth .The driver was excellent.He had only been working for you 3 weeks .very polite excellent customer service skills.the driver name was Thomas .excellent driver .He made our trip great from pick up .to going home .we stay at Carrington house hotel.Had a lovely stay .The food was good .staff was very nice and helpful. ”

“ Enjoyed Windermere hotel holiday very much.single room very basic. No room service unless requested. Food good & plentiful. Driver Darren very helpful. Trips were badly planned. No sail on the lake included. Carlisle & Cockermouth were not impressive. Nicer places with more interest should have been included. All in all value for money 5 day break ”
