“This "company" (californialogodesigns dot com) sent me spam emails with fake promotions for logo and web design services, even though I never signed up for that, and worst of all - their emails did NOT include any unsubscribe option as legally required. Due to this behavior these spammers earned this 1 star review.”
“Reached out to this company and all I have received is the runaround with creating my website stationary I have received no templates or nothing to sustain a cost of except a logo. I have had to contact my lawyer and bank. My lawyer is ready to file a suit against this company because there are way too many people not satisfied and have lost money due to them trying to up sell. Not only did the manager go behind my back to reach out to one of employees thinking this was ok but have not even attempted to refund my money. So this leaves me no choice but to get everyone they have cheated together and file a lawsuit against them. Will be posting info soon.”

“If I could give no stars at all I would. These are the most unprofessional unreliable people I have ever dealt with. They charge you for everything upfront to make sure they get your money first, then the service and interactions changes completely. They make promises they never deliver and then when you’re not satisfied with their work they tell you they can’t issue your refund because there’s a contract, but the contract says 100% money back guarantee. I paid for a website that I’m not able to use because they sent me a generic one and made it impossible for me to make any changes on it so that I would have to pay even more money so they could do it for me when everything was supposed to be included in the same price. Then I was informed that I only paid for the “ownership” when all along the conversation was that I needed a website to advertise my business and schedule my appointments. All the good reviews they have are probably themselves typing them I wouldn’t be surprised. Don’t trust these people they’re literally the worst.”
“I placed an order for 6 logo's. One infinity logo package for my main logo and then 5 basic packages to make an adjustment to the main logo for categories (bicycling, kayaking, hiking, camping etc...) I paid for everything up-front. This was in April 2021. I have received nothing but fake promises! Started with Kevin and now with James. I have requested a refund on several occasions! Just to be told more lies and more broken promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
“do not use this company! they will rip you off!!!! i had 499 dollars stolen from me as they promised to have a whole new website and e-commerce store completed in 3 weeks or less. i provided them with all the content photos everything they are completely incompetent and have no idea how to build a website. i spent hrs every week pleading for them to please finish my site only to have the compete runaround every time! They barely speak or understand english and constantly use the excuse that didn’t understand what i wanted after i would spend 2 hrs on a cal with them and they verified they understood what i wanted. after 5 months of not being able to get them to provide me with the website i finally contacted my bank to investigate and return my funds as i hired another company and the site was built in a day. they are scammers and will nickle and dine you for mobile optimization and everything else they possibly can. Do Not use this company for anything!!!!!”
