“I really was excited about receiving these meals. While the taste was good, there were so many errors and lies. I was told I would receive a replacement the next day for a missing meal. Received an email That it was being delivered. Never came. I was charged over $80 for a second box that I canceled and I still haven’t received a refund.”

“WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH MEAL DELIVERY. Bought a groupon and it took the about a week to get the system synced to accept the Groupon voucher. They promised me "extras" because the process was so tedious and laborious. They not only didn't give me extras, but i was one meal short. Adding insult to injury, the food was not cold. The ice packs were liquid (and I picked up the box within an hour of it being delivered). Food was room temperature. Because some of the items were shrimp and other fish, we did not chance eating it. We tossed the entire box. I sent them emails and texts -- NO RESPONSE> I will be reporting them to the CA Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Tried texting, calling and emailing them. NO RESPONSE. Here is the email i sent them July 26. It is one month later -- and i heard nothing: I purchased this July 26. It took 2 weeks of painstaking ordering for my order to finally register with their system. Because it was so cumbersome, merchant said they would give me extra meals. They did not. When the food was finally delivered, I picked it up from my apartment lobby within one hour of it arriving. The ice packs were not cold. They were room temperature. The food itself was also room temperature. There is no way we were going to risk food poisoning so we tossed all of it. I tried to reach merchant through email and text approximately 6 times. No response. I would like a refund.”

“I like the meals from CG Meals, but when I open up the box, I can tell what goes with what and I have to go back to my order to see what goes with what. You need to staple all the items together.”

“Hello, Unfortunately, I have really struggled with your company. I have tried to communicate several times to pause shipment only to have more food arrive. Wasting food is terrible for me, and I have now frozen several meals. The taste is good but ordering variety has been confusing and I have decided to cancel my subscription.”
