“Wonderful, solid service. Calls go through very quickly and all recipients get the calls. We had been using another company for our automated calls for our church but would frequently receive word from our parishioners that not all of them received the calls although the reports showed the calls went through. Spent lots of time with their tech support with no improvement. With Call-Em-All I've never had the first problem and everyone is very pleased with the service. The callback number for the last message is especially helpful. Bottom line: Great service, no problems. We would recommend this service to others.”

“We have a small congregation and have used Call-em-all for prayer concerns as well as general announcements. We are most appreciative when we do prayer concern calls that everyone gets the same information (without editing), and they all get it at the same time. Many have learned to let answering machines get the messages when they come from our number so that they can listen again later. We have many sub-groups in the call-em-all system which makes it easy to remind committees of meetings or to announce a church closing when the parking lot is covered with snow and ice.”

“Our church accepted Call-em-all with caution, not knowing what to expect a few years ago. Now, we could not do without it. The messages get out quickly and understandable (as long as the operator, me, is understandable). We have been able to announce happenings quickly, without having to call each person individually. I try not to remember what it was like before Call-em-all, because everything is so much easier with it!!!”

“Our membership is extremely satisfied with getting a call every month about our meeting. They also are welcoming special messages they receive when we feel there is a need for it. All messages have been delivered to the call list in a timely manner and always on the day and hour set up in advance. This certainly takes a huge load off the need for me, as their secretary to notify everyone myself. We originally received notice of your service from one of your other satisfied customers.”

“Call-em-all has been an important part of our church ministry. We send a weekly inspirational message to our congregants and have never been disappointed with the service. The fact that we can upload our own messages 24 hours a day from any computer online makes it easy and flexible to our schedule. If you have any audio recording capabilities and can upload as we do; this service makes your company look big and very professional. Even when an emergency change in location or schedule has to be made, the recording by phone option is terrific! We have several lists, English call list, Spanish call list, and by different cities. All these lists can overlap. We've been with Call-em-all for 6 years and love the service. It's a keeper!”

“We use the product to contact employees for open shifts and various other items. One feature of the program that I like the most is being able to see if your employer answered the phone or it went to voicemail.”

“I am a church secretary and we have used Call-Em-All for several years. There are many times when I need to get in touch with church members. We have an active prayer chain which is done completely through this service. If I need to remind the members of an upcoming event we use this program. It has meet our needs and far exceed them. It is very simple to use and edit members information if the need arises. I also get an email back as to how the call I made was met, letting me know how many I talked to, how many messages were left and if there was a problem with one of my call. It has been a tool that is used daily and makes my job easier. I would highly recommend this program to any group needing to get messages out in a quick manner.”

“I love Call-em-All because it has made my job so much easier. I have to make several calls a week to over 30 people. This consumed so much of my staff's time and now it takes less than 5 minutes. Every company should have this program!!”
