“Had problem with the heater one phone call to calor customer service agent called Brian sorted out problem over the phone and bingo all in order. Very happy with product gas heater and customer service brilliant, now thinking of getting gas heating and cooking, I couldn’t recommend calor haz enough terrific”

“Sucks! Bought an expensive Lifestyle portable gas heater 2 years ago. Needed a small part and did contact the maker in GB. They were very prompt in their reply but told me because of Brexit they can't ship to me direct and to contact my retailer (Calor Ireland) . I did and was told they don't carry parts and to contact maker, hence I have an expensive boat anchor , sadly I don't have a heater or a boat.”

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you were pleased with the delivery speed. Calor heaters are delivered by DPD. Unfortunately, they can deliver pressurised gas cylinders. The gas cylinder is purchased from your local Calor cylinder retailer.

“Had a problem with the gas heater supplied. Would not light . Calor gave me the contact number for the local representative who never returned my calls. I also contacted Hamiltons who promptly organised collection of faulty heater.and repaired same. Service from Calor extremely poor. Service from Hamiltons very good.”

It was tested by a gas-safe registered engineer, the fault was repaired, and the appliance was returned. We are sorry for the time and inconvenience it caused.
