Information on website was incorrect and required buying an adapter for the part to work in Ireland, despite it being an '.ie' website.

Happy with the BBQ supplied though there were cases of non aligned screw holes which made construction frustrating at times. There is a shortage of Propane camp gas cylinders in Dublin so we are using FLOGAS. My daughter was at home when delivered. The delivery driver simply rang the bell and left the heavy package at the front door when she answered. No effort was made to assist her. She had to leave it outside until her brother came home to lift it into the garden. This was rude and unsatisfactory behaviour by the delivery crew. Eamonn

Unfortunately, due to COVID, a lot of drivers/couriers will only leave packages at the customer's front door. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

My unit was delivered with wrong middle/ side parts.. unit endet up being to high for glass tube ... luckily my own builder had tools to shorten same and all working perfectly fine now. Unit is good enough quality, but would have been a nightmare to dismantle and send back!! Suggest quality control with manufacturers as guess it's coming from China....

This was a known error with a batch of the patio heaters and the supplier would have sent out the parts to you as soon as we would have informed them. The process from Calor was brilliant, and great customer Service. However, the delivery company Fastway need to be changed. Lost the package, sent it to the wrong depot, ended up having to collect it myself despite paying for express delivery. If it wasnt for the delivery would have scored 5 stars

My order of a Bulky BBQ got lost in transit was a Father’s Day present that was late. And I ended up having to buy more expensive item in order to fulfill Father’s Day gift promise Disappointing

Very difficult to assemble with just one person. It does need 2 people to assemble.

I find Calor great however they bump prices up substantially if not using as much but when you do use alot they dont lower again for at least a year. I dont recommend them and would move away if I had other options. What they are excellent at is knowing to top you up so you never run out.

Responses queries were very slow to be answered and sometimes the same answer was given to a previous query even though I had updated my question. Difficult to find how to telephone someone when not getting e-mail answers

Product came with a UK regulator. Even though domain and shipping address was ROI. Inconvenient.

Thank you for your feedback Niall, it is very important to us. The product you have purchased comes with a Patio Gas Regulator which is only suitable to be used with a Patio Gas Cylinder. These regulators can be used in both the ROI and UK.

The product arrived within the time parameters outlined. However I’ve since discovered that my friend purchased it for €150 from o’Reillys in Wicklow at the same time as I bought mine. I was very disappointed to hear this.

I think it should have been clearer on the page that the patio heater required a lot of assembly! I'm stuck with a box in my hall waiting on four companies to come back to me to let me know if they provide this service!

Good product, but wasn’t delivered on time. Despite the response from Calor re 3-4 days, when I ordered online it stated 'order before 12pm for delivery the next day'. My delivery wasn't the next day, it was the day after even though I ordered before 12pm. When I emailed and called to check on the delivery status, I got no response.

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see from our records that your order was placed on 7th January and was delivered on 9th January. Our standard free delivery is 3-4 working days and this is stated on our website to inform customers prior to ordering.
