“Very pleased with my new Calor blue flame gas heater. It arrived quickly and was fully assembled (a rarity these days). Service was excellent. The first heater I ordered was out of stock. I got a call to alert me to this and advise on an alternative. Very happy with this company. Oh and there was a €10 voucher towards a gas cylinder too. Happy days.”

“Great eater. Regulator cap is tight fit. If you want to easily wipe dishwashing liquid on the rim of the top o the cylinder. Also delivery from DPD was great and Kenneth from DPD brought it into my house for me.”

“Hi, recently got portable gas heater from you. Today I noticed the main frame has come out on one side of the heater..I don't think this should have happened. Can you advise me on what to do about this?? Overall I'm very happy but maybe I need a replacement?? Kind Regards Sarah Reilly”

“When thr cold weather hit I needed a gas fire badly i searched on line and other places and got the superheated 42kw blue flame gas cabinet, first the pri e and deliverie secon to none, I'm so pleased it's every thing I wanted great heat small and so easy to move anywhere”

“Was sold a faulty heater by Hamilton Gas Products, trading as Calor Ireland. Returned it and was stii charged a fee because they disputed the fact it was faulty. Absoluterly no chance of ever doing business with this company again and will ensure anyone I know doesn't do business with them either.”

Thank you for your feedback Aidan, it is very important to us. We can see from our records that your heater was brought back for testing after it was reported as faulty. A video showing your heater lighting and working to its specification was sent to you to show that there was no fault found. Our Terms & Conditions, on our website state that any product brought back for testing and not deemed faulty then charges apply.
