“I received a faulty regulator. I emailed about it, then I finally called about it after no response. The operator on the call said he would send me another one and to give the old regulator back to the courrier. However, this has not happened, I’m still here with an unusable regulator, waiting for over a week later for delivery confirmation / tracking of the courrier. Dreadful service so far.”

“I still haven't received my order yet and it says been delivered. When I had emailed them regarding this matter no one still haven't get back to me and now send me an email for review. I am very disappointed with their service”

“Easy to Assemble, mostly pre-assembled Space on grill for full roast chicken + veg Highest Kw output per size I found Structure seems robust, square top doesnt sacrifice height space to side of grill. very happy Only suggestion is for calor to stock the cover with it”

“I recently purchased a Cadac BBQ from Calor, also known as Hamilton Gas Products, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The build quality of the Cadac BBQ is outstanding, featuring sturdy materials that promise durability. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority for Cadac, as every part fits together seamlessly. One of the standout features is the ease of use. The BBQ heats up quickly and maintains an even temperature, making grilling a breeze. The modular design is incredibly convenient, allowing me to switch between different cooking surfaces effortlessly. Cleaning up afterwards is surprisingly easy too, thanks to the non-stick surfaces and removable parts. The performance is top-notch; every meal cooked on it has been delicious. Whether I'm grilling steaks, vegetables, or even baking pizzas, the results are consistently impressive. Additionally, the sleek design and portability make it perfect for both backyard barbecues and camping trips. My shopping experience with Calor, aka Hamilton Gas Products, was excellent.
