Paid 645 euro for a BBQ missing part passed on to other company wanted pictures of what's missing telling me it's going to take weeks to get sorted So new BBQ with 3 wheels having to put on block of wood to use. I should have been given a new one straight away as it's dangerous to move very unstable

I have sent a question, called customer service yesterday and told technical support would ring me I still have not heard anything. I have paid €420 for a patio heater that is not working. If I dont get a response today I will be escalating further.

Thank you for your feedback Donal, it is very important to us. Unfortunately, this product does not come with instructions. You just need to spray the liquid on the hose or fitting you wish to ensure no leaks are present in and check for bubbles. If bubbles appear then there is a leak present. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Incorrect item was delivered. 10mm instead of 9mm hose, also DOM was Mar 2019, enquiry to online chat said it would be a couple of month old. I phoned twice to explain and was fobbed off twice saying it would be collected by courier which has never happened. I was advised that 10mm would be ok it would squeeze on ok yet Flowgas website recommends not to use incorrect size gas hose. Overall a waste of time and effort, I have bought what I need elsewhere so I need a refund now, which I will try to do with my third phone call, after this I will ask my credit card provider to follow up. ORDER PLACED ON 3RD APRIL - NEARLY THREE WEEKS LATER & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER (SO MUCH FOR 3-4 DAYS DELIVERY) & NO REFUND EITHER! THEY ARE NOT BASED IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND) - TOLD ME THEY SENT MY ORDER TO UK!! TRACKING NUMBER DIDN'T WORK & COMPANY CAN'T LOCATE MY ORDER! VERY POOR SERVICE. HAVE NOT HEARD A THING IN A WEEK!!

I am so disappointed with the after service We failed to get our Patio heater working despite watching utube videos and rereading the manual We have rang 4 times and each time told a rep. Would be in touch After a number of days with 2 phone numbers provided no phone call. It is so frustrating We paid over € 400 and feel v let down. Would not recommend

When I received the gas ring I felt that there was a part missing because of the difficulty in balancing a pot on it. I contacted Hamiltons who said that the product was complete. They were not interested in my view that I felt that this product was an accident waiting to happen. I hope you people take note. I placed an old oven shelf rack over the ring which provides some assurance that the pot will not slip off. I think you need to review the Health and Safety risks that attach to this product. In addition many reviewers have stated that the paint that immediately melts and ruins their pots. It would have cost me €20 to send the thing back so that was not an option. I put 2 product reviews on Hamilton's web site that have not been published. This reflects very poorly on Calor. It will be interesting to see if you guys make any response to this!

Thank you for your feedback Paul, it is very important to us. I can confirm that there is no part missing from your boiling ring. The boiling ring you purchased is very large and is only suitable for larger pots. If a small pot is used on it this will make the pot unsteady. From the picture you have attached the pot you are using will not sit securely on the boiling ring due to its size.

Cannot be contacted for after sales service phone doesent work joke sell you something and you can not get in touch with them worse than trying to phone a bank

Placed an order for a bbq grill,received a patio heater rang to inform the company that I received the wrong order. My order of a bbq cannot be located and that someone else has clearly received my bbq and I their order in return. Still without bbq.

Unfortunately have to leave a one star review. Ordered a gas burner but it came without the legs. I contacted customer service bu email but am yet to receive a reply 2 wks later. Had to fabricate my own to use the gas hob.
