“Purchased a Super Heat heater online . No email from Calor confirming I had purchased the heater and no email giving details of delivery times or dates . The heater was left at the front door the next morning . I live on a busy road and it could easily have been stolen. Luckily, I was in and saw the van driving off. Not good enough Calor!”
