The heater I ordered does not work. I am still waiting for customer support 8 days after logging the problem with Calor customer support.

We do try and respond to customers as swiftly as possible but unfortunately, due to a high demand in heater sales and questions regarding heaters, it is causing delays in our response times. Unfortunately the delivery driver was extremely inconsiderate, my parents are 82 and 81. He tried to leave the whole package outside the house. My dad asked him to bring it into the home. He reluctantly did then tried to leave the pallet on my dads driveway. He was beyond rude to my elderly parents

We are sorry to hear that the delivery driver was rude towards your parents and we will certainly pass this on to our courier provider to look into further. Unfortunately, the product your parents ordered is an oversized item and is delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only and the driver is not expected to take the pallet or the product into the customer's property. The driver also does not take the pallet away with them. This is stated on our website to inform customers prior to an order being placed. We do apologise for the way your parents were spoken to and for any inconvenience or upset that was caused.

Being completely new to camping stoves I bought a Gaz 2 ring stove with grill. and paid for express shipping. This was fine but the gas bottles recommend for cooker are not compatible with the regulator they sent...it's very confusing and after paying for cooker plus 80euro for a camping Gaz bottle we arrived at site to find regulator not compatible with the bottle...so be careful as it seems the cooker works just as well on any bottle gas with the right regulator. Why print the recommended bottle on cooker box then supply a regulator that doesn't fit it without telling you??? Crazy. Then just to finish the whole sorry tale the regulator was broken. Seems like old stock they wanna ditch??? Because it was a Gaz cooker with Gaz bottled gas and a free Calor propane regulator? Faulty one to boot. Their response was you gotta read all the small print, except that's very annoying when it invalidates the big print . Why didn't they say free regulator doesn't fit the recommended Gaz bottle as stated on cooker? Big con.

Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. I can see from our records you have been dealing with our customer service team who have explained where there has been some confusion. It is a Campingaz stove, however we are Calor Gas and so will provide regulators for our bottles which are available throughout Ireland.

To whom it may concern, the appliance a barbecue arrived broken. LId dented and nobs broken. As of yet i have had no contact regarding replacement or refund.

We have looked into this and can see that the delivery took 7 working days rather than our usual 3-4 working days as stated on our website. This was due to the delivery service signing the job to the wrong depot which resulted in the pallet sitting delayed for a couple of days until it was brought to our attention. Once this was highlighted it was resolved as swiftly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience the delay caused you.

Purchased a 13Kw Patio Flame tower heater on line. The igniter/ burner section did not work, I was asked questions such as, " Did you put the battery in, is it in the correct way ". Then between Calor / Outback saying the other was responsible it two weeks of e-mails to get proper responce, which was " we don't have another one in stock we'll pick it up and refund you. A month wasted

Spend your money elsewhere. when buying the 13kW Stainless Steel Gas Patio Flame Tower I had multiple issues with this product. First of all the parts were the wrong size. Then the gas burner was defective. each time had to be referred to the Manufacturer . I've had the product a month and can finally use it. When spending over 300 euro on a gas heater I would expect it to be perfect first time. Not to mention its a tedious job to but it together. (removing all the plastic from the parts was very time consuming)

The protective plastic that covers the heater is for protection against marks and scratches. We are happy to hear that your issues have now been resolved and you are able to use your Patio Heater. The product you ordered came with free pallet delivery so no charge was added on for any other service other than the product you purchased. We can also see that you received a free Calor Gas Voucher with your product.

The customer experience was absolutely dreadful. My mother was unable to complete purchase and asked me to do it for her. I was first of all redirected to a third party payment gateway site which didn't work and then had to try again using paypal. The process took ages and I definitley would have given up if it was just for myself.

Useless I order propane regulator and few other things I Pay 9 euro for 2 day delivery - fast option my parcel arrive after a week with regulator for butane Useless, waste of money no support at all...

Product i purchased is good. Easy to use and gives out great heat. Delivery was excellent. However, you need to increase your voucher of €10 with new appliances. I was charged for the cost of the cylinder PLUS €30 as I did not have a refill (obviously as this was for a new appliance!). Plus your agent was not aware of the promo so I had to wait 15 mins whilst they called Calor. Not good enough and very disappointing service. I am hesitant to recommend for this reason.
