Item had signs of been previously opened. Scrapes on the inside of parasol. Cage bent in places. New uneven tape on box. Couldn't be bothered complaining.

BBQ arrived quickly and I can't wait to try it out. However I've been to multiple outlets now and I can't get a 6kg gas cylinder to fit inside it. Not an issue I was expecting....

Calor delivered quickly. but... Useless. Total frustrating waste of money and time. I cannot get anybody to assist with the install and commission.

The pigtail ends on the auto changeover do not fit Irish LPG cylinders. They are for UK cylinders.

Both the Irish and UK fitting regulators are sold on the online shop and unfortunately, the one ordered was the UK version. I ordered gas boiling ring which was defective so i asked for replacement. However, despite i sent email and opened support ticket no one replied to me within two weeks time. Just after i called customer service my issue was processed and i received replacement third week since i opened this dispute. After all i am happy with product i bought, but customer support service was rather inadequate and poor compared to current standards.

I wanted to buy a gas heater that uses the yellow 11.3kg bottle. I mistakenly (my own fault) purchased the mini to find that in the user directions with the heater delivered said I needed a 7kg bottle. Couldn’t find one locally (suppliers never heard of it) so I returned the heater and I am awaiting a refund. I then bought another heater that did use a 11.3 kg bottle but the regulator that was on the new heater didn’t fit the 11.3 bottle so I had to purchase and fit a new regulator. Delivery of both heaters was fantastic. It should be clearer about bottle size and regulator . I have told this to a few people and they all said they would expect a heater and regulator to fit a 11.3 kg bottle. If that is not what is on offer it should clearly say so. Very disappointed to find that Calor has no showroom in Dublin, had to order my Provence from N.I. N.I. depot very helpful and processed the order.

Thank you for your review, Jim. We are happy to hear you found our staff helpful. Whilst Calor no longer operate gas appliance showrooms, there are local independent retailers who have gas appliances on display. The Calor online shop is available to customers nationwide.

Very disappointed with delivery I placed my order on a Tuesday 10th and didn’t get my order till Thursday 19th .Very slow, I needed Gas for Saturday 14th.

The BBQ I ordered had parts missing so I cannot assemble or use. I'm still waiting on the parts with no communication from Calor. I understand that its not Calors fault that the parts were missing from the campingaz box but I would expect to be kept informed of when I should expect to receive the missing parts. Over a week now since I was assured the parts were ordered and I have received no parts or communication from Calor.

I ordered a 10 mm gas hose for a boat cooker, the old hose had an expiry date of 2009. When I ordered the hose I included a note which said Please ensure the hose is in date as it has to pass a marine survey. The hose that was sent expired in 2018 !!!, calor were happy to take it back but what a lot of messing around, still waiting for my refund, what would you like me to say in your review?

Delivered quickly but parts missing for assembly ,when we contacted your office we were told it will be 3 weeks for missing items to arrive.. it only took 2 days to arrive !!!!!

As we don't stock the spare parts here, they have to be delivered to us from France, which can take a couple of weeks. We are currently looking into ways of speeding up this process.

I requested hose & clips necessary for connection within 24 hrs of placing order but these could not be added to my order -had to source them separately!

I received the wrong order firstly. I was supposed to receive the corrected order a few day later but this never happened. I called and I was told that someone forgot to send it out. It took 2 weeks in total to get my product. The person who forgot never even bothered to call me to apologise or anything.

After the first use, I left it soaking in water (normal procedure after making a rice in a paella pan) and now seems already rusty. I took some pictures, are like mustard-yellow spots all over the surface in contact with the water.

Delivery was quick and pricing was good, but the item was delivered at 7am in the morning on a pallet so there was 80kgs box on a pallet left behind my car which prevented me from being able to move my car to get to work. The tracking information provided for the delivery by calor pointed to a website with no tracking. The product itself seemed like great quality but there is an issue with how one of the parts fits during assembly. I've reached out to the manufacturer but haven't received any satisfaction yet.

Having problems with my purchase for two weeks at this stage and still not resolved. The customer care is horrendously slow and lacking common sense. Just look at my email correspondence and you'll see why.

I purchased a garden gas heater. The heater was delivered in kit form and required self assembly. The instructions were poor and connection to the gas pipe extremely difficult. On health and safety grounds, this product should only be supplied fully assembled. Brian Barry

Unfortunately, if the Patio heaters were sent from the manufacturer already assembled they would need to be transported separately on a pallet which would incur a significantly higher transport cost and present a higher risk of transportation damage. This cost would then be reflected in the purchase price for the customer. We will pass your feedback on to the manufacturer as they welcome customer comments.
