Great product, delivered in only a few days. Disappointed the accessories weren't the same as the 2cook3 version (no wind guards, handles for grill plates or coffee pot plate). Chose the 2cook2 for a more compact option but would have chosen 2cook3 with hindsight. Spec on calls website could have been more detailed, otherwise would have been 5 stars. .

Good it took 3 days ordered monday came thursday. there was no regulator or orange gas hose so i have to pay another €6 for dpd to ship regulator. water heater is good quality made in portugal.

Hi, recently got portable gas heater from you. Today I noticed the main frame has come out on one side of the heater..I don't think this should have happened. Can you advise me on what to do about this?? Overall I'm very happy but maybe I need a replacement?? Kind Regards Sarah Reilly

This is my second gas heater in 2 years,my first one just stopped working and the weather was so cold I had to order an other one straight away I hope this one lasts me longer

Its only fault is the lid on the top ! It doesn’t close flush because the tap is too big underneath the lid .

Excellent heat output, Exactly what I wanted. The only drawback is the return process should you need it. The process is not great, however, it was returned to us very quickly (we were told it could take up to 3 weeks! but it was actually sent back in 3 / 4 days)I feel most other companies would process the return and send another unit rather than this method of returning, waiting for fix and then having the item returned to you. I don't think this is a fair process considering it should have arrived in working order in the first place. In saying that I still bought another one because I was so impressed with these little fires! Second one arrived with no issues. Review of Manhattan log effect fire. Dropped one star for returns process because I think it's ridiculous. Don't dump the box until you know the unit works properly as you will need this for the return!!!

Thank you for your feedback it is very important to us. If the heater is only lighting with a gas ignitor, the piezo ignition cable in the heater has become lose. If you find the ignition cable in the back of the heater and push the connection in firmly, the ignition will work again.
