“This heater easy very easy to install. It looks fantastic and is so easy to use, just a click of a switch. It heats up the room very quickly on just the second heat setting so much so that after about 30 minutes I needed to turn it down to it's lowest setting. I would highly recommend this Heater”

“My product arrived like it had been dumped from a 6th floor apartment roof! It was beyond bashed.. I paid for 2 day delivery as our heating is broken but this issue left me waiting 4 days. Calor did replace the broken product but I think they should have offered a discount or partial credit for the inconvenience”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are sorry to hear your product arrived damaged. We raised this with the courier as soon as it was brought to our attention. We sent a replacement appliance on a swap-it label, so the courier delivered the replacement and collected the original at the same time. The swap-it service is the quickest available to help resolve it for our customers. We apologise for the time and inconvenience it caused.
