The service from Calor was excellent in terms of the order and dispatch process. I wish that I could say the same about the delivery process through DPD. I had 2 orders from Calor delivered by DPD during the previous few weeks, on both occasions DPD sent me a text with a delivery window indicated, on both occasions I stayed in to able to accept the delivery, on both occasions just before the end of the delivery window their tracking service was amended to say that they had attempted to deliver but I wasn’t in and they hadn’t been able to contact me, both of these entries were complete LIES. On both occasions I contacted the DPD office in Westmeath who arranged for the delivery to be completed that day. It appears that all DPD were doing was to create a paper trail in order to suggest that they were delivering in time when in fact they were not.

I bought Cadac Chef2 , it wasn't very well illustrated what /if QR (quick Release was used .bought a regulator which converts to canister HP use, but ending up cutting off the crimped fitting to put on quick release with jubilee clip ,while I have seen the QR regulators on other sites. Prices much the same as other places BUT their shipping was unreal , ordered afternoon and had next day ,Overall an "easy pleasant experience ,would shop here again ( some fittings/adapters are little overpriced.

Received my patio heater Very efficient delivery Did not receive my calor gas vouchers towards the purchase of gas cylinder When I rang regarding this I was told they would be forwarded to me Never received them Regards

I found it easy to find the options I was looking for. Got good information and when I ordered the product I was advised a date for delivery and the product arrived 4 days before the date advised. Overall very satisfied with the porcess and the prpoduct

website was good easy to navigate and the goods arrived on time had one issue with the burner assembly , the casting on the air adjustment area was rather rough and raised so the adjuster didn't slide properly ,fixed it by using a metal file ,now it works perfectly

Timely delivery. Slight transport damage to BBQ inside packing. Calor €10 voucher via email would be an improvement. Assembly instructions did not match the way some items are packaged. Slow technical assembly required. Good price and value product.

Second time I ordered through calor Ireland, good and fair prices, quick delivery. Received a wrong product among the three items I bought, I wonder if I could make a return and get a refund, for this product. The other items are very good quality and functiona.

Great experience buying the barbecue. It arrived quickly, and in very good condition for such a bulky item. But I do have an open query with Customer Service, which I submitted online, asking where I could buy the 6kg gas cyclinders, as none of my local outlets have them in stock. This query has remained unanswered for a week now. So I am disappointed that I have got no response on that

I've given 4 stars because of problem with shopping tracking. No option to track your order so didnt know exactly when it would be delivered. Other than that there was no issue and happy with my order.

I bought the can recommended on the website and it turned out to be incompatible. I then had to order the correct one online as no local stockist carries it. It was a pain. Otherwise very happy! 5/5 quality products 5/5 fast delivery 4/5 fair prices 2/5 poor website information

Paid for delivery within 2 days, ordered Friday, 23rd April, delivery date was given as Tuesday, 27th April, only arrived the following day... Granted, only €2.40 for the faster delivery time so no big issue, but do not promise an actual date... I realize deliveries might be delayed due to Covid... Again, do not offer it, 3 - 5 days Standard would have been fine, too if I would not have been given the option
