“Bought a gas fire for a Christmas present, got delivery message 10 mins noticed, I was not st home, delivered to a different house, a house that we do not talk to.”

“Third time I bought for poor people. One had a broken wheel, last one ,metal gard at back missing. Thanks”

Thank you for your feedback . Customer satisfaction and providing good quality products to all our customers is very important to us. We have checked your orders, and the third heater you ordered differs from the first two. The manufacturer does not supply it with a metal guard at the back of the heater, instead, it is supplied with a plastic cylinder support strap to support the gas cylinder.
