“Ordered outdoor heaters, arrived sooner than expected. Haven't used them yet. Only issue courier company left them on the main street”

“The hose did not fit the hose barbs supplied and was not suitable for the regulator. It was my mistake however your staff should have spotted that I was buying a set of parts that were incompatible.”
