“I was dissapointed to discover that the regulator is not suitable for indoor use. This was not stated on the site pre purchase that I could find. Yet the documentation coming with the regulator states it is not suibable for indoor use.”

“My first order arrived within 2 days unfortunately when unpacked it was broken, I rang customer services and spoke to Alan, he was so helpful and he arranged for a replacement heater and the broken one to be swapped on the same day, 👍all good”

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you were pleased with the delivery speed. Calor heaters are delivered by DPD. Unfortunately, they can deliver pressurised gas cylinders. The gas cylinder is purchased from your local Calor cylinder retailer.

“First off very quick delivery although shipped by DPD which I detest delivery methods & policies, item was packed well .. lucky I was home to receive it, as dpd is known to just leave package with lil notification time!!..”

“There isnt much to say because the total transaction took place on line. I met nobody and spoke to nobody! The people who brought the heater dropped it at the back door because I wasnt here. I now have to wait until I get someone to buy a cylinder of gas and set up the heater for me.”

“Bought direct from Calor saving a significant amount compared to the price from a high street retailer. As someone not qualified to install gas appliances, I would have valued some instructions to avoid leaks when attaching the screw-in hose adapter, which leaked until I sealed it up with some plumbers compound. Otherwise, happy with my purchase.”
