“I rang the Wardour street store to double check stock availability (sometimes the computer says yes, when it means no) and had the camera set aside for me. I went in later that day and was dealt with promptly and helpfully and was on my way very shortly afterwards. Good show.”

“1. I bought and paid for a product I would have gotten cheaper elsewhere. 2. I bought from you because of your "reliability" 3. After payment was confirmed, I am ready to receive my product, I receive an email stating I should confirm that I am not fraudulent 4. I needed the product desperately so I sent the documents required, and called the help line 5. Product was still not delivered 6. Called next week, they "forgot" 7. Product was eventually delivered 8. I will NEVER shop with you guys EVER”

“Richard from Manchester rental is the man!!!! Always help with anything you need and try to make the best for you even if the equipment is not available. This is the only place where we rent our extra equipment when we need it!!!!”

“Only one thing was not acceptable and that was the waste of resources use to pack the item I ordered. It was a small BlackRapid FastenR-T1 (For use with Manfrotto RC2 plates). Made of metal and the size of couple of one pound coins, it could quite easily have been put in a standard envelope. Instead it was packed in layers of bubble wrap inside a box. Then that box was packed inside another large box with airbag packing inside. Not only is this a waste of resources and money it means that I then have to get rid of all the unnecessary packaging.”

“I ordered an item online. I went to collect but my order but it wasn't ready. It a bit long to get it for me. There was a lot of computer looking and phone calls without engaging with me or explaining what happened. Got the message in "the third person" by his conversation on the phone. The best part was the Sales Assistant didn't put any problems when I realised I've ordered the item I wanted in the wrong size. Got the different item and the refund was very quick.”

“The road to learning the intricacies of photography can be both overwhelming and costly! I have found that the service I received from Calumet to be unbiased and sincere. On my last visit to their store I was about to buy a piece of equipment but after explaining to one of the Calumet staff my needs they advised me on a different purchase which would achieve what I wanted but a lot cheaper! This type of service was not driven by profit but by giving what the customer needed,sound advice and guidance through the purchase. Many thanks to you all, Alfie”

“First, their price was very competitive. Secondly, although I had to wait for my camera to become available this was common across all suppliers, and I received my order at the earliest opportunity. I was kept informed of the progress of the order all along. After-sales service was excellent, with a workable solution provided for my problem of how to download Raw images in Photoshop CS6 on my Apple computer. All in all an exemplary service I will definitely use again and recommend to friends.”
