“I like the shop on Wardour St, and the online service is also excellent. Next day delivery (courier, who sensibly left package with neighbour), and the most competitive price in the market.”

“I tend to purchase all of my photographic equipment from Calumet for the following reasons . Great customer service . Staff who know the products . Great price match deals . Friendly and helpful staff both in store and through the website help line . Fast and efficient supply of goods I may shop around but always come back to Calumet for the above reasons and will continue to do so and recommend to friends and associates in the photographic industry.”

“Absolutely great. I've got the student membership with a discount on Calumet items, next day delivery free of charge Once I had an issue on the website I emailed them and it was sorted within a while. Excellent job guys.”

“Absolutely exemplary. Visited the shop in Bristol and was very pleasantly surprised by the helpful and knowledgeable advice on lenses and the completely non-pushy attitude. Rather than being advised to buy the most expensive I was asked what I needed lenses for and how I would use them and then given advice on which would be best specifically for me. I now have the best lenses for what I want rather than something I'd have to stretch to afford. On top of this, I received a lesson in sensor cleaning and other camera advice - all part of the service. Well worth travelling to.”

“I have purchased cameras, lenses and other equipment from the Manchester branch over the last few months. All members of staff are friendly, polite and in no way pushy! They are knowledgeable and are happy to help when needed. Other high street photography chains should take note - pushy sales people may get a small additional sale on the day but they lose customers. Calumet have me as a customer for the forseeable future.”

“Overall the visit to the store went smoothly, although I was quite disappointed to fins out that your Glasgow store doesn't offer studio services on Saturdays. For a student it's really hard to find a whole team of creatives to work days other than weekends, so to find that out after buying the student pack I was shocked and disappointed.”

“The camera I ordered was showing as out of stock with more stock due in soon. I checked back a couple of weeks later to see that it was marked as not going to be re-stocked on the website, I had to chase customer service to find out whether this meant that my order was going to be honoured or not as there was no proactive communication about this. Turns out it wasn't so I was refunded, I wonder if this would have happened if I hadn't chased it. Not good service by modern standards.”

“The staff in your Wardour St branch was superb! I came in with an old discovered analogue Olympus which wasn't working. The gentleman who served me was not only really helpful but hugely enthusiastic and just made the experience ultra special. Thank you!”

“Ordered a backdrop paid extra postage Call handler typed wrong post code Backdrop delivered to wrong address I had to buy another backdrop urgently at extra costs FedEx rang me redelivered I contacted calumet They apologised arranged to redirect backdrop to hq then refund me Backdrop turns up at my address! Now stuck with two very expensive backdrops not even a refund on delivery”
