“I went to Calumet looking for a budget LED video light, the salesman took me to a model costing £299. When I explained that it was outside my budget and asked whether there was an cheaper alternative he told me that there wasn't. However when I went to pay for another purchase I spotted another LED Video light of the same size behind the counter, this light cost about £79, a considerable difference. When I examined it, it was ideal for my purposes and I bought it. Unfortunately the salesman was not helpful and seemed to want me to buy something outside my budget. Not Impressed to be honest.”

“I recently purchased a new DSLR and was able to negotiate on the price. This was done without hassle and I was served by a very helpful and pleasant member of staff. On the down side, the camera was not delivered on the day promised and collecting on another day was inconvenient to me. However, every help was offered to chase the delivery and keep in touch.”

“I ordered background paper on a Monday afternoon for a job with a client on the Wednesday. I asked that the paper be sent direct to the client & opted to pay for guaranteed next day delivery. I had a phone call on Tuesday afternoon from the client saying that the paper had still not arrived. I immediately phoned Calumet to find out what had happened & was told that the carrier had sent it to the wrong depot & that it was not Calumet's fault. After an argument, Calumet told me that I would be 'upgraded' to a before 9.30am delivery on the Wednesday. I did not receive any kind of apology from Calumet. The customer experience was a disgrace!”

“I recently made a visit to Calumets Glasgow branch where I was met by Tommy and Alex, All Staff members were extremely knowledgeable and provided me with first class advice and service. I bought my Canon DSLR along with a set of lenses which I purchased for a great price. I have used Calumet Glasgow over the years and have never had any issues, Thanks guys for providing a brilliant service which is greatly appreciated.”
