“It was great to have friendly honest advice for a novice photographer like myself. The staff were welcoming and the shop was well laid out and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend to other photographers and I will continue to support a shop that is a rare find for photographers!”

“Don't really care what your business reason is, I find it wholly unacceptable to charge a customer for products that are out of stock, and then take several weeks to deliver them. Exactly for this reason why i'd never buy a new camera from you. Especially my upcoming purchase of the 1DX II - there's no way on earth you're taking £5k from me, to then tell me it's out of stock and i'll get it in a few weeks, when you have already swiped the cash.”

“The staff here were very helpful & kind considering their system was playing up. I had to wait a while due to this, but they ensured all of the documentation for my finance agreement was sorted out, accurate and sent off to the appropriate place. They were kind enough to offer me drinks during the time I was in store and seemed to know a lot about the topics they were discussing. (Overheard another customer enquiring about a Sony camera) Overall; Service - 11/10 :) Store - 10/10 Variety - 10/10 Knowledge 10/10”

“I needed a lighting tent and quick, delivery was on time the next day before 6, after requesting an update on it's whereabouts i received a tracking code which was great. The product itself is good quality, durable and although larger than i anticipated, easy to set-up, great light diffusion and great results, thanks!”

“I stumbled on the Calumet RC 2065 rolling camera case purely by chance ... and boy was I pleased I did. The best, well designed, and easy to configure cases I have come across, you can really fit an awful lot of gear into it ... and a fraction of the price of the competition. Very .. Very highly recommended .”
