“I always find the staff in the Glasgow branch to be very friendly and they all know their stuff. On this occasion as on many of my other visits I was served by Tommy. Tommy always remembers what I previously purchased and goes out of his way to be helpful and always gives out good advice without the hard sell tactics found in other retail outlets. All in all this visit like all other visits to the branch was very enjoyable and I am very pleased with the purchase I made.”

“The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, give good advice and have a genuine interest in the customer. There is no hard sell and no rushing people out of the door. Each time I visit the store, I can freely wander around looking at products without someone jumping on my case and trying to sell me stuff I don't need. I genuinely feel the customer comes first. The store also has a great selection of products and I also like the ease of trading in 2nd hand gear. Its quick and painless. I really can't fault Calumet in anyway at all and is my first port of call when ever I need anything.”

“I ordered some background rolls over the phone. One had to come from the warehouse and one from a store. Despite asking for a Saturday delivery one of the rolls arrived the following week. Luckily during my shoot.”

“I use Calumet because if they say they have an item on stock they have it on stock. Delivery is nearly always next day. The items I buy are always in perfect working order (accurate focusing,perfect exposure, no slow draining batteries) unlike items I have bought from overseas. Calumet also had the lowest price in the UK by £200 on Nikon D5 CF version. I just want to take photos with a camera that does the job perfectly so I can get on with my photography hassel free. I have had 3 Nikon lenses and 2 cameras over the last 5 yrs all still working perfect. I know I am getting the genuine item from Calumet .Beware if you go elsewhere I learnt the hard way.”

“The Speedlight Flash, Remote Release and camera batteries were all satisfactory. Being asked by you that I should email photo ID and a utility Bill prior to sending my order, sounded frankly, like an email scam, particularly as this order for camera equipment totalled only £330, which I'm sure you will agree, is rather small scale value. I don't feel that emailing photo ID is a safe practice.”

“The customer service regarding the parcel deilevry was very poor. There was no notification from UPS that they were going to deliver. No message was left by UPS that they failed to deliver. No message from Calumet that the parcel was not successfully delivered until i made an enqury to customer service several days later. Other couriers alert me when delivery is on the way. i am sure this service can be improved as it should not impact on good product from Calumet.”
