“In the main I had a good experience of the service at Claumet. It was only let down by one staff member who was less helpful when collecting my purchases. If that had been better it would have been faultless.”

“Brilliant customer service - when I collected my order and asked for a receipt, the store said I had to print one off as it was an on-line order, but the next day they'd sent over a hard copy in the post for me.”

“Good price, Good that I could use interest free credit. Only negative was that I wasn't informed that item was dispatched which was quite annoying as it was an expensive item and I couldn't arrange to be in on the day of deliver because of this.”

“Im very pleased with Calumet. I bought a camera and 2 lenses via the interest free credit option. this was processed around 2.30pm and all the goods arrived extremely well packed the following day as promised. I will happily purchase from them again in the future.”

“Did not deliver next day as promised. FedEx did not deliver as they said they had tried to. Someone in all day and no card left. Calumet customer service very helpful and quick to reply but did not deliver the goods, literally.”

“The all round service from start to finish was exceptional, from the knowledge of the product (Fuji X100T in this case) to the overall customer service and out of store communications. I have to say I felt valued as a customer, which is refreshing as I had the opposite experience in major competitors store recently. I'll 100% be using Calumet as my 'go to' place in the future. Very impressed.”

“First of all you didn't send any item at all despite me placing an order on your website. When I rang up after a 10 days to see what had happened and why I hadn't received anything I was told that the Sniper Strap I had ordered was no longer available despite the fact that you had taken the money for it. I was then promised by one of your operators a different Sniper Strap in compensation for the missing strap which I was promised would be delivered by that Thursday in time for 2 weddings that I was shooting that weekend which was why I had ordered the strap. The Sniper Strap never turned up and when I rang again on the following Monday to see what had happened I was told that it had never been dispatched, it turned up on that Thursday 6 days after I needed it. This was over 2 1/2 weeks from ordering to receiving the Sniper Strap that I had ordered. I find this highly unsatisfactory, and it will be a long time before I purchase from your website again.
