“I'm afraid they didn't - my problem is that I've bought a Sony RX100M4 only to find it doesn't have an external mic port - which is crazy for such a quality camera. I called Calumet hoping to have a better suggestion presented to me, but the only thing I got was that I was told if I returned the camera there would be a 10% restocking charge. And that was after the customer service woman told me she didn't know what to say to me, so was passing my enquiry to the store. The manager told me he'd email the area manager, but I've not heard another word. Disappointing.”

“They provided the camera I wanted the Canon 5D Mk lV on the day they said they would but Canon has let me down very badly as my camera is not compatible until Canon provides the drive to Apple and I have been waiting for over two weeks to use my camera so am not a happy bunny. I even upgraded to Sierra on Apple as they said it was compatible with the new Mk lV but the vital drive has still not arrived. Grrrrr”
