“By offering 0% finance deal on my new camera...I had to come back to this as I thought there would be another box saying ; how did Calumet make me unhappy. Which was achieved by taking my £500 deposit..not telling me there was a delay on the camera I wanted thus having to wait for one whilst my money sat in another account. I think it would have been prudent to let me know the camera was not actually available when I made an enquiry / paid my deposit for one.”

“I live a long way from the nearest Calumet Shop, but a quick phone call to the manager there resulted in a quick and suitable response to my query. I had my camera repaired very swiftly, and I might add cheaply. I expected the bill to be larger, so a pleasant surprise. All in all, a very efficient and friendly way of making for happy customers.”

“I am very disappointed as the item I ordered Canon C100 Mk2 plus an Atomos Ninja 2 was advertised as available, After processing my finance I was then informed that the ninja was no longer in stock, only to be told days later that it has been discontinued. The Atomos Ninja was the main reason why I chose to get the C100 Mk 2 to start with. I have also emailed costumer support but i'm still waiting for a response. This set back is very frustrating as I have cancelled shoots for it. I am not happy at all. I wish to return the purchase.”

“I've used Calumet regularly over a number of years. Service is always very reliable. Their own brand studio and lighting equipment is very well priced, especially if you keep an eye open for the 30% off sales that they have around some of the Bank Holidays!”

“Staffs are very nice, friendly & their knowledge about the product they selling is good. Parking my car was easy using their car park (Euston Branch), I did not worry about how long spending my time in Calumet store. I do recommend them as I never disappointed shopping there. H. Jay”

“They failed with internet ordering. This is completely wrong that web orders team is not working on saturdays and sundays. It kills the whole idea of internet ordering. In order to buy some stuff for collection from Drummond street shop I had to call to their phone sales (who are working on saturdays, but have no idea how to cancel web order) and place another order.”
