“I ordered a G-Drive Mini external hard drive and postage was very swift. This was by far the cheapest as I researched the web extensively. G-Drives are my choice of external hard drive for my Mac and film/editing purposes. Packaging was excellent, although I did find the packaging box was a tad big. Very happy customer.”

“Calumet are perfect for your photographic needs, they are very prompt and everything is very well packaged even if you only require your favourite film, if you still use film of course. Use calumet and you will be pleased with their service.”

“Ordered a new Manfrotto tripod - the old one was bought in 1992 and though functioning perfectly was really looking a little 'used', especially on corporate shoots... The new one arrived in less than 24 hours and was the best price option available. Great service and well priced - thank you.”

“Having purchased camera equipment from various photographic stores over many years my decision to go to Calumet Birmingham for my recent purchases was a good one. Emma Parris provided me with excellent customer service and advice throughout my order. When I collected my order having travelled from Welshpool in Wales I was even offered a coffee on arrival. “Normally Calumet delivers good products for a reasonable price. However, this one didn't go well. I was going to Africa for 3 weeks and needed another card for my camera. I was looking at the 64Bb Sandisc 290 M card. I called up Calumet to see if it could be delivered before I left. The agent I spoke to said that all the cards were at the Photography Show, but when the show was over you would have surplus stock and he could send the card out to me in time for my trip. I ordered and paid for the card. He also said he would email me after the show for confirmation (on the Saturday), but I got no email. I called on the Monday, and was told that all the cards had been sold out at the show, and you couldn't deliver to me. I am very unhappy. Since I had made the purchase before the show was over you should have set one aside for me, and delivered it to me as promised. You should at least have notified me that the cards were sold out. I had to make a last minute purchase with a different company. Not happy at all.”

“I called into the Manchester store to get a new canon lens worth £1500 and I got treated like I was spending £15,000. They give me a better than expected price on my part exchange lens and I purchased the balance on 12 months interest free credit, which took only a few minutes to complete. I've bought the majority of my equipment at this store despite me being 30 miles away, but I do so because I'm valued and I've never had anything other than unbiased professional advice, I've even been talked out of a purchase because it wouldn't have been better than what I had. This store is run by professionals who know how to treat their customers and I'll keep returning to keep them and the shop in business. Thank you Calumet”
