“Great services from John at the Manchester branch as normal. Only down side was I had to get them to price match the product this should not have to happen from a company that is there for the professional”

“I've always found Calumet staff in Bristol to be extremely helpful with a great product knowledge. I recently purchased two Hoya filters cheaper than I could get a single one locally, so very happy with the pricing as well.”

“Very surprised indeed that the holding choice of monochrome film was low , likewise filters, Cokin P , range of solid reds and yellows, the orange and greens, dare one suggest infra red....equals inverted water melon smile , that means looking glum. Cheer up chaps, the monochrome revolution is on the rise.. alot of pros are beginning to dislike digital and are going back to film, thats what photography is all about. Try it your self, and you will be surprised.”

“I visit regularly both the brunches in Soho and in Euston. I am a big fun of Calumet for the customer service, everybody is very friendly and providing a very professional service. I quite like all the gear branded Calumet, its not like the big brands, but it is above the everage anf much cheaper. I will keep being a loyal customer. James”

“Ordered a Tenba messenger photo bag on line over the weekend. Arrived Tuesday (next working day) as promised, with no delivery charge :-) Account tracking info wasn't updated while in transit, which would have been helpful. Other than that all very good service, including prompt and concise response to a phone call in lieu of tracking info.”

“Only just got this but reckon I could have done with it a long time ago. It easy to use and the recharge is very quick. I've only done a quick test on it and not used on a job yet. Only possible issue is that is says after 40 full power flashes on a hand flash unit you need to let the flash unit cool down...might not be ideal on a job unless you swap flashes over.”

“The staff who dealt with me were very pleasant helpful and efficient. . They appeared to be hampered by the complexities of the purchase on the computer. I mam awaiting the delivery of the EIZO monitor so I cannot comment on the delivery. Calumet does have a good reputation with my colleagues at photo club for the quality of the kit they sell.”

“I ordered a Manfrotto 190cxprob tripod and it was delivered as promised the next day. The price was very competitive and cheaper than Wex and Jessops so I'm well pleased. My only criticism and this is why I've said 'Good' and not 'Very Good', would be that no email was sent to let me know the item had been despatched and when I rang Calumet to ask if had been, the lady I spoke to was a bit curt with me. Apart from that, I will use Calumet again if the price is right ????”
