“Definitely my favourite shop in town. Sad as it sounds I sometimes just come to wonder around and window shop. Love your stock and love your staff. Great bunch of well informed and friendly folk. Wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to photo shopping. Keep up the great work.”

“The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Stock is very good, so you can usually get what you need (/want) almost immediately. The open days are great to look at different products/suppliers, and there are usually some great free seminars/presentations to attend. Not the cheapest, but the reliability and good service are second to none.”

“Customer service was great Item I wanted was awaiting stock from supplier, was given estimated despatch date and item arrived before estimate. Delivery of product ( Sony 70-200 2.8 G SSM II ) was very fast.”

“In the past two weeks I have been in the Glasgow store several times, purchasing a new camera (Nikon D810) lenses etc etc and the staff have been absolutely 1st class. Great wealth of knowledge and professionalism that you do not see in other stores. Would recommend to Friends and will most definitely be going back to buy from the store again.”

“The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The item I ordered was delivered to the store very quickly. I am very pleased indeed with the item bought and with the service received. It is good that there is still a proper, dedicated photographic and video retailer left in Edinburgh and I will certainly buy from Calumet again.”

“I ordered some Fujifilm FP-100C film that was listed as in stock. I waited a week or so before I was told it was unavailable. The money was taken from my account when I ordered, and refunded at a later date. I am disappointed that the money left my account at all.”

“My Canon 24-105 lens has been fixed, I'm thrilled with it. I have missed it so much, Calumet fixed it for me. I tested it out at my 9 year old's graduation today, at Hope University! Superb results. Calumet sent it free delivery because I waited a while for it. I would have given 5 stars, but I've been waiting since November for a phone call. I decided to phone them and it was sent the day after! It had been sitting on the "ready shelf". I've used Calumet for years and will continue to do so. I kept forgetting to ring them up, so that's obviously added to the delay. Can't wait to pay them a visit and buy my new studio equipment from them. They will guide me in the right direction!”
