“The staff who dealt with me were very pleasant helpful and efficient. . They appeared to be hampered by the complexities of the purchase on the computer. I mam awaiting the delivery of the EIZO monitor so I cannot comment on the delivery. Calumet does have a good reputation with my colleagues at photo club for the quality of the kit they sell.”

“Contacted Calumet at Downing Street, Manchester regarding a Nikon lens.Excellent service from John Willis.Visited same to purchase again excellent service from John Willis.Also purchased back pack later again same standards.Very professional and knowledgeable . No pressure to buy. Will visit again William Stretton”

“I've dealt with Calumet for many years now, most of my purchases have been in the lighting, accessories and studio equipment categories. The service has always been excellent, with the majority of equipment being in stock, in the branch, but courier delivery from the warehouse has always been extremely fast.”

“Went to open day to buy 3 items, an 80d a 70-200 2.8 2 lens and a 1.4 converter. No items in stock, 5 days for camera and converter and up to 3 weeks for the lens. Shockingly poor. On an open day.”

“Calumet in Manchester gave me very good advice on a tripod head over the telephone. They were even more helpful when I visited the store next day to follow-up. I was very happy with what I bought, the service - which was friendly and very helpful - and the price. I even learned a couple of features on my existing tripod of which I was unaware (shame on me).”

“I need to replace my aging 10 year old Lowepro backpack with something similar in size, but more robust. I was guided to a few alternatives and then spent some time packing and unpacking my kit until I found the best fit. Your staff were very patient, as usual, and left me in my corner until done! Good service as always, thanks, Paul.”

“Fast delivery. Quick reply when I had questions. Colour on backdrop was slightly different than on the website image, but product was like expected apart from that. Overall really good, recommended!”
