“I found my whole experience very good. I sent my camera in easily, once it was received Calumet quickly called to tell me they had looked at the camera and what was wrong. They only charged me for the parts this time as my camera wasn't faulty which I thought was very kind of them. I was kept informed all the way.”

“Ordered a QuickRing, set to collect at branch then changed to home delivery. London office phoned to confirm delivery address (5 stars) then sent it to the branch anyway (-4 stars). However branch guy (Ronnie, 5 stars) brought it out to me!”

“Went in to purchase a Nikon Lens, was told they didn't carry that particular lens but they could order it. Agreed to that did the paperwork was told it could take up to a week, a week later got a phone call to say my lens was in. Went in on Saturday spoke to a very cheerful and pleasant assistant signed for my lens and left. No fuss, no drama, no pressure sales talk, a simple and efficient transaction. I have used Calumet on a number of occasions and this has always been my experience.”

“I searched many photographic sites looking for a reputable company that would let me buy a certain product on an interest free basis and was delighted to discover Calumet did just this. Since breaking my previous 24-70mm my new replacement was delivered to my door within 48 hours meaning I was able to carry out all my shoots confident I had this lens in my kit bag. The speed of delivery, professional attitude of staff and the great reputation of Calumet has cemented my decision to use these guys for all my future photographic purchases. 5* all the way Many Thanks Glyn”

“I paid for a used camera at £399 which included a discount through the Disabled Photography Society. But poor communication from Calumet Customer Services has put me off buying from them again in the future. Good sales experience at point of sale but NO delivery details are provided with the sales invoice and after sales communication is poor. Was fobbed off with a £20 voucher as a complimentary gesture of good will”
